After home and work, where do you go? Your neighborhood pool — where everyone is welcomed and you can find fun and fitness for the whole family.

Menlo Swim and Sport offers three types of activities:

Instructional programs feature the Swim School for kids and adult fitness classes.

Recreational programs are lap swimming hours, open swim, baby pool, and family time.

Performance programs include coached programs such as youth swim team, masters, and triathlon.

Pre-Summer

Menlo Swim and Sport will have new hours starting on Saturday, May 3rd. The pool will stay open until 6pm on Saturday and Sunday for Open and Lap Swimming. The Baby Pool will also open on May 3rd.

We are happy to announce the arrival of our Open Swimming Summer Pass. The summer pass will be valid for twenty-one weeks starting on May 3 through September 28, 2008. The pass will cover our Pre-Summer, Summer and Post-Summer Seasons. You can register now for the summer pass. If you choose to register after the pass has started, do not worry, we will pro-rate the cost so that you do not have to pay for the weeks that you missed. > more
