- Youth programs are for children and teens. From basic instruction to competitive fun — Waterbabies to Menlo Mavericks to Camp Menlo. Try multiple programs to experience a range of activities, year round.
- Adult programs include lap swimming and Aqua Fit exercise, plus Masters swimming and water polo workouts for ages 19 to 90. From beginner triathletes to competitive pros, try Team Sheeper Triathlon.
- Community programs are for any age and include Open Swim when the pools are open to the public. Activities such as Kayak and SCUBA offer both kid and adult options so the whole family can participate.

Sign up now for 3 weeks of a very special camp in August for ages 11 through 16. Teens discover what it's like to be a lifeguard, getting instruction in first aid, CPR, pool/water safety, rescue techniques, team building, and fitness. The instruction is Red Cross based and our Title-22 certified guards lead the program. Dates: Instructional Camp, choose between August 2–6 and August 9–13, or do both. Shadowing Camp, August 16–20, for get hands-on experience shadowing our lifeguards on the job.
Menlo Swim School has scheduled extra classes for Waterbabies, by popular demand. So if you thought we were full, we now have space! We even have a few Sunday morning slots, and can take students starting now, for the remainder of the summer session.
