A running and duathlon coach for over 10 years, Vince Digneo began swimming and running as a graduate student. Since then, he has competed in many running, swimming, and cycling events from sprint to Ironman distances. He has run over 15 marathons and ultramarathons, with a personal best in the 2:40s; has had a top 10 national age-group ranking in triathlon; and has earned top-10 age-group finishes at a number of triathlons, including a top-10 finish overall at the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon and solid finishes at Ironman Australia and Ironman Hawaii.
A former world-ranked Alpine skier and member of the U.S. National Ski Team, Vince competed in NCAA Division I skiing and soccer through college before turning to MultiSport.
Vince has been coaching running and duathlon with the Leukemia Lymphoma Society's Team In Training program since 1993, is the founder of the Tattersols Women's Running Team -- now an important part of Team Sheeper -- and has coached well over 2000 athletes.
