Cindy brings a personal interest in child development and passion for athletic skill development that are an excellent combination for coaching emerging athletes. She enjoys helping kids learn and build skills and confidence in swimming, cycling, running and strength training. Cindy's emphasis in promoting personal growth, good sportsmanship, and teambuilding serve her athletes well beyond sporting events.

Cindy has been competing in the sport of triathlon for five years. She is an avid road cyclist and mountain biker who competes in off-road and conventional triathlon events.  She has competed at USAT Olympic Distance Age Group Nationals the past two seasons and brings the possibility of realizing personal potential to her coaching. She believes everyone is an athlete and promotes healthy, active living.

Cindy and her husband have a family of three teen-aged children who are all swimmers and water polo players. As a family they enjoy integrating a variety of outdoor activities, academics, their two dogs and a fresh, healthy diet into their lives.
