Conditioning and Fundamentals
Improve your aerobic and anaerobic fitness while working on water polo-specific skills such as ball handling, individual offense and defense, and shooting. This is a great practice for those new to the sport as well as those wanting to play at a more intense, athletic level.
Skill Work and Game Situations
Building on Monday night's practice, we'll focus on team-oriented offense and defense. Practice will begin with individual work and move into game situations such as front court, counter attacks, and 6-on-5.
Game Situations and Scrimmage
Whether you're a beginner or advanced player, experience a game situation and have fun learning about strategy or honing your competitive skills. This practice is fast-paced, but open to all levels. New and experienced players welcomed.
