- Youth programs are for children and teens. From basic instruction to competitive fun — Waterbabies to Menlo Mavericks to Camp Menlo. Try multiple programs to experience a range of activities, year round.
- Adult programs include lap swimming and Aqua Fit exercise, plus Masters swimming and water polo workouts for ages 19 to 90. From beginner triathletes to competitive pros, try Team Sheeper Triathlon.
- Community programs are for any age and include Open Swim when the pools are open to the public. Activities such as Kayak and SCUBA offer both kid and adult options so the whole family can participate.

All programs operate as usual on Saturday, 6/4 except Swim School, which is closed. Open Swim expands to fill the space in the Instructional pool starting at 10:00am. Bring a picnic and celebrate!
The Menlo Swim School hosts Swimages at lessons all week. Get professional, underwater pics of your swimmer! Photographers will capture all students and will take special requests such as siblings together, diving for rings, and swimming through hoops. Tuesday 7/7 and Thursday 7/16 at 3:30pm we host Mavericks swim meets in the Performance Pool. From 3:30 to 8:00pm, Open Swim will move to the Instructional Pool and we will have no Lap Swim lanes available. More about the Mavs.
The Menlo Swim School summer session has started but you can sign up any time — fees are pro-rated. The school offers lessons for waterbabies 6 months of age through adult learn-to-swim class.
